DeltaSpkipe replaces SEAM?

Please somebody can explain me what will happend with SEAM 2.3.0 and apache deltaSkipe, because y read that DeltaSkipe replaces seam.

Help me please, I want to develop an aplication and y don´t know if I should use SEAM 2.3.0 or what version I should use?. really I am confused.

If you're just starting with an application, use plain JEE6 with components from Deltaspike as needed.
Have a look at the roadmap: http://www.jboss.org/jdf/about/roadmap/

Seam-2.3, IMO is for those that have an existing investment into Seam-2, can't change but want upgrade to JBoss AS7.
