Lazy loading - what is the default behavior?

What is the default behavior for JBoss 3.0 regarding Lazy Loading? Is it on by default? Since XDoclet doesn't yet support it for JBoss, I'd like to know the default value that I'll have to use until it's supported by XDoclet.

The default is to eager load everything.

Thanks for confirming the default. I was hoping it was lazy loading, although I'm not sure which makes a better default. Hopefully XDoclet will support this feature soon.
