I noticed that https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBJCA-704 was resolved. Great job!

Where should this implementation class be placed and when is this version being shipped with AS 7/EAP ?

IronJacamar 1.1 is scheduled for inclusion in AS8 - you can follow https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-6564
