Support for new-project --type ear

Are there any reasons why new-project .... --type -ear is not supported ?

It seems as if some minor changes to PackagingType and NewProjectPlugin will do the trick. But maybe I'm missing something.

If there is any reason for this, it's probably time constraints and/or other more urgent tasks... ;-)

Feel free to open a JIRA issue and, even better, provide a git pull request with the proposed functionality!

just send the pull request, but I think that I did something wrong since the commits from the last pull request (on another branch) seem to be included.
