DymanicQL read-ahead stratgey

I notice that the read-ahead parameters for DymanicQL are fixed to a strategy of 'on-find' and a page size 255. Is there specific reason for this? I was just about submit a patch for this, but I though I better check first.

It sould be configurable in the query element in the jbosscmp-jdbc.xml. If it is not configurable, it is a bug.

I have to be honest I got my hands dirty and had a quick delve into the code. It was really easy to find and fix so I have submitted a patch (#606584).
