JBOSS 5.0 with jdk1.6

Is there is any one know what is the most recommended version of JVM in 1.6 series? We are using 1.6.06 but it takes lots of memory with high CPU utilization.

Does any one have suggestion with respect to the JVM version? We wanted to ensure this and remove this variable at the first place before we jump into detail analysis.

Usually the latest version is the best. I have had good results with 6u7 and 6u13, and am now using 6u14. I would avoid 6u10, I've run into various problems using it.

Can we use JDK 1.5 for Jboss 5.0.1GA ? Is it possible to integrate Apache 2.2.3 and Jboss 5.0.1GA with mod jk and how?

Yes, you can use JDK 1.5 with AS 5.0.1.GA, just make sure you download the correct binary (the one with "jdk6" in its name is not the right one!).

1.And why should we migrate weblogic9.1 to JBoss5.0.x , why not higher version of JBoss?

Remember that this is a very old thread and therefor the JDK and JBoss version are not up-to-date
