When modify existing source model to add new table, it gives the message 'model with name already exists in project'

I have already created a souce model using JDBC Import functionality.

Now I want to modify my source model to add new table.

I am following the below steps

- Select existing source model

- Select Import -> JDBC Database -> Source Model

- Select existing Connection Profile

- Select Database Metadata

- Select Database Objects (New table)

- On Specify Import Options dialog,

     Model Name = existing selected source model

     Into Folder = Project folder

     'Update (if existing model selected' checkbox is checked

=> It gives the message Model with name already exists in project (Refer attachment)

Please help me to resolve this problem

In that last window of the JDBC import, there is a check box indicating this is an "update" of existing model, check that before you click finish.

This was a bug fixed in Teiid Designer 8.1 release. (TEIIDDES-1626)
