1. Re: Error while installing SwitchYard in Eclipse
kcbabo Jun 3, 2013 6:42 AM (in response to gurpreet)You want to use Eclipse 4.2, which is Juno. The instructions on that page are for SY 0.8 and you are installing SY 0.7:
SwitchYard Editor 0.7.0.v20130109-0353-H243-CI
Get the offline site assembly from here:

gurpreet Jun 3, 2013 7:48 AM (in response to kcbabo)Hi Keith,
I downloaded SwitchYard 0.8 zip and added it to Available Software Sites. Then I clicked Reload button to update the software and I got 'No repository found...' error message. I checked the location of zip file and it is correct.
Please find the attached screenshot.
Thanks.

4. Re: Error while installing SwitchYard in Eclipse
rcernich Jun 3, 2013 9:14 AM (in response to gurpreet)The plugins in the editor feature were rolled into the main "SwitchYard" feature in 0.8. From 0.8 on, there is no editor feature, but if you're using the composite update site (i.e. the one with 0.7, 0.8 and 1.0), you will continue to see this feature. It is safe to simply deselect it if you are installing any version past 0.7.
Hope that helps. Sorry for the inconvenience.

5. Re: Error while installing SwitchYard in Eclipse
gurpreet Jun 4, 2013 5:02 AM (in response to kcbabo)Hi Keith,
The error message provided by me in the screenshot is incomplete (the scrollbar appeared disabled to me and I did not scroll to see the entire message... my bad) The error was occurring primarily due to missing library. I have attached a screeshot with the entire message. Below is what I did to resolve the issue:
Step1:
I added following sites to Available Software Sites so that eclipse is able to download and resolve dependencies at runtime while installing switchyard:
a. http://download.eclipse.org/m2e-wtp/releases/
b. http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/juno/
c. http://download.eclipse.org/bpmn2-modeler/site/0.2.4/Step2:
Downloaded offline switchyard-site-assembly-0.8.0.Final.zip from http://www.jboss.org/switchyard/downloads
Step3:
In Eclipse -> Help -> Install New Software... -> Add -> Archive... Selected the zip and installed it successfully.
Thanks for your help.
