multiple selection in a rich:tree does not work

    agallo73

Hello, after writing several code in order to perform selection from code in a tree based on  a TReeModelRecursiveAdaptor's model, I got an error telling me that it's not possible to provide multiple selections within the Collection referenced by the selection attribute binding.

Can you plese tell me why? Which is the purpose of having a collection object if just one selection is allowed?

Can the richfaces team please clarify if multiple selection is allowed or not?

How can I do now to perform multiple selection?

Is there some other possibility through css?

I do not know which Saint to pray ... I lost a loto of time and now I got this error.... despite guarantees of richfaces' team in this forum that the approach with selection could be followed well..

      Please reply me....

Can you post details of the error/stacktrace?

Can you post some sample code that we can look at to see how you've implemented this?

(As an aside,  I'm pretty sure we didn't "guarantee" anything - guarantees are the stuff of SLA's and support contracts.  OSS is done on a best effort basis.)

          Cheers,
