2. Re: jsf-facelets.jar License
manarh Jun 18, 2013 4:09 AM (in response to raziology)Your replacement with http://grepcode.com/snapshot/repo1.maven.org/maven2/org.jboss.spec.javax.faces/jboss-jsf-api_2.1_spec/2.0.1.Final) is WRONG. Seam 2.2.0.GA is based on JSF 1.2 and JSF Facelets 1.1.15 with Richfaces 3.x, so you are using wrongly JSF 2.0 API jar instead of JSF 1.2 API .
Facelets are just under CDDL and Seam bundles version 1.1.15.B1. If you need different license, you are out of luck. You can build your own facelets from SVN https://java.net/projects/facelets/sources where sources use currently Apache License Version 2.0.

raziology Jun 18, 2013 8:24 AM (in response to sivaprasad9394)Unfortunately, replacing the jsf-facelets.jar with the one that you linked me to did not work.

4. Re: jsf-facelets.jar License
manarh Jun 18, 2013 8:46 AM (in response to raziology)1 of 1 people found this helpfulMouhammed, it is obvious that https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/public/org/glassfish/javax.faces/2.1.9/javax.faces-2.1.9.jar is not jsf-facelets.jar, but JSF 2.1.9 API!
if you need JSF 1.2 API under Apache license try MyFaces https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/index.html#nexus-search;gav~myfaces~myfaces-jsf-api~~~~kw,versionexpand , but as I said Seam 2.2.x can work with MyFaces, but there are definitely a few glitches.

5. Re: jsf-facelets.jar License
raziology Jun 18, 2013 9:19 AM (in response to manarh)I have checked out all the sources from SVN, and I checked the license for them (https://svn.java.net/svn/facelets~svn/tags/milestone_1-1-15-beta being one of them), which apparetnly are "CDDL" and not "Apache License Version 2.0".
Any other other suggestions?
Update:
The source under https://svn.java.net/svn/facelets~svn/trunk is using the Apache Lisence V2.0 as you said. Thanks a ton man!
