module packaging JBoss EAP6 is it a fork or just repackaged?

      Hi,

Does JBoss simply repackage s/w into its own jars or is it a fork or divergience of a given version?

For example, I am looking at org.apache.commons.logging which is in JBoss jar jcl-over-slf4j-1.7.2-redhat-1.jar

It looks like it might be similar to v1.7.2 downloadable from the sfl4j website jcl-over-slf4j-1.7.2.jar

The redhat one looks like its built with a different version (slightly newer) of the jdk. But some of the class sizes in bytes are quite different. Maybe JBoss version code is modified from the non-redhat version?

      thanks very much
