Mysterious behaviour of Jboss Seams 2.0.0 GA

I have a seams project which is having a dashboard.. The dashboard is having several links to seperate applications (war files). Sometimes when i click on a particular link an error occures. The errors says coudnt get jdbc connection. when i debug it there are two request coming and first one success and second one fails (Error Scenario). But sometimes this works fine and i realize that only one request is going.(Success Scenario)  What can be the reason for this ?

The link is working when we refresh the page after error occures and link is working if we copy and paste the link on the browser first time.
