RichFaces 4 panelMenu binding not works

Hi. I have a problem with creating an UIPanelMenu programmatically (binding bean). there is a problem with rendering (instead of panelMenu I only get text). Like a problem  when panelMenu without h:head tags.  When I create two panel menus one - programmatically and another with binding - renders ok. I attached faces-config.xml bean and jsf page.  Guys please help becouse I havent no ideas where is a problem.

In what JSF phase are you building your component, and adding it to the component tree?  If you do it too late, the JSF resource mechanism won't add the required resources to the page.

Actually the component adds to context but there is some trouble with rendering. (Mynu items looks like text).

The problem is the component resources are not being added to the page (similar to the problem you would have if you did not have a h:head).

There are 2 solutions I can think of:

1) Include all component resources using the resource optimization process as described in:

     http://lukas.fryc.eu/blog/2012/02/optimizing-resource-loading-with.html

2) Make sure your component is added to the component tree early enough to make sure the resources are correctly included on the page.

I can help you out with 2), but I'll need you to clarify how you are adding the component programmatically.
