BPMN process editor UTF-8

Is there any way to make the Eclipse BPMN process editor save files in UTF-8? I've set the resource encoding for the file in Eclipse, and the xml header is marked as UTF-8, but the editor doesn't seem to care and still saves in ANSI. When I try to convert the file externaly, it still refuses to cooperate and shows garbage.

Windows 7 64, Eclipse Helios SR2, jBPM 5.4

I think you should raise a bug with the eclipse project itself - http://www.eclipse.org/bpmn2-modeler/support.php.

and please be sure to attach a sample bpmn process file because this will help us to resolve this problem.
