2. Re: Problem to reach Port 8080 on WinXP
meiners Oct 25, 2009 3:45 AM (in response to meiners)Thx :-)
I use a WinXP Pro with a static IP 192.168.0.22, Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_11-b03)
I use jboss-4.0.5.GA on this machine, set http on Port 8380 and can use this from any other PC like http://192.168.0.22:8380/ in network.
Now I use jboss-4.2.3.GA, http default on Port 8080.
On this WinXP machine I can use http://localhost:8080/ in Browser.
But I cannot use http://192.168.0.22:8080/ from any PC in Network???
I have disabled Firewall etc., but I really don't know.
P.S. From other PC in network I can check up Port 8380 but not 8080. Inner WinXP Port 8080 is visible on localhost.
Thx :-)
