Which jboss as/eap/wildfly can I use for free in production without a subscription?

I know you have talk about this a lot of times, but incredibly I'm not sure about this, so I'll ask with specific versions and hope you can correct me if I'm wrong.

jboss-eap-6.1.0.zip: I can't use it in production without a subscription.

jboss-eap-6.1.0.Beta.zip: I can use it in production with a zero subscription.

jboss-eap-6.1.0.Alpha.zip: I can use it in production without a subscription.

Any wildfly version (7.2.0.Final, 8.0.0.Alpha1, 7.2.0.Final-testsuite-fix,...) download from github: I can use it in production without a subscription.

That looks correct to me.

All builds from github are "open source licenced" and you can use it.

As for WildFly, you can use it anywhere you want to without any kind of subscriptions.

Thank you both of you! Now is more clear.

So the only thing i had misunderstood was the jboss-eap-6.1.0.Beta.zip, can't be use in production without a subscription (same as GA).

Isn't every build, even the EAP ones, "open source licensed"?

EAP is and remains LGPL, isn't it?
