All builds from github are "open source licenced" and you can use it.

As for WildFly, you can use it anywhere you want to without any kind of subscriptions.

So the only thing i had misunderstood was the jboss-eap-6.1.0.Beta.zip, can't be use in production without a subscription (same as GA).

Isn't every build, even the EAP ones, "open source licensed"?
EAP is and remains LGPL, isn't it?
