I'd like to be able to upload certain files; mainly modules.
The purpose is quite clear - providing remotely whatever some config needs (.jar file, users.properties, ...) without need to use ssh or alternative.
It should be rather high-level, i.e. the operation would be "add module x.y" or "add this file to config dir" rather than "upload a file to dir x/y/".
