Error While Deploying vdb

When i deploy vdb i am getting error as

Use Teiid Designer 8.2 Alpha.

I am using Teiid 8.4 final.Is it ok or i should use Teiid 8.2 Alpha?

Initially i placed all the folders of Teiid 8.4 in Jboss eap 6.1 and using that as server. Then where to place this Teiid 8.2 Alpha in eap 6.1?

and i am using Jboss developer studio as IDE .

I said Teiid Designer 8.2 Alpha not Teiid 8.2 Alpha. Designer is a eclipse application, so you do not place anywhere in the eap 6.1

when i replace Teiid Designer 8.1 files with Teiid Designer 8.2 in dev studio, i am unable to get the perspective of Teiid . what should i do now?

If you just did an overlay, then likely that's not a proper upgrade.  Can you try starting over with a clean install of eclipse/Teiid Designer using one of the installation methods from http://www.jboss.org/teiiddesigner/downloads
