Using log4j with jboss 6.0 (appender not working )

Hello Friends ,

Recently i am having some problem in adding log4j in my web project which consists of JBOSS 6 , spring and hibernate .

After adding log4j to my project its creating file in which i want to the log but its emplty .

Please help me out !

Even if anyone can tell all steps and settings that how to configure , bacause it might possible i am mising some settings /configuration , i will be very thankfull to you !

Could you clarify if you're using JBoss AS 6 or JBoss EAP 6. Also what is the structure, e.g. where is the log4j configuration file?

hi James Perkins ,

i am using JBoss AS 6 and the log4j file is placed in resources folder , you can check in screen shot attached !

Ah, sorry. Unfortunately I know very little about logging in JBoss AS 6 works. Hopefully someone else will have an answer.
