Creating new user problem in JBOSS 7 and jmx problem

Recently I encounter a problem with JBOSS 7, which is I cannot access the web console even if I have created the user. After i creating new user by add-user.bat, it keep prompting username and password dialog even if I have inputted the correct username and password. I have checked the mgmt-users.properties file and the acount has been created successfully. I also tried to create several different account with other user name, and it still doesn't work. Any one meet the similar problem?

The second thing, I used to monitoring the JBOSS 4 to 6 using JMX with java, but in JBOSS 7 it seems disappeared. How can I monitor it remotely with java? I mean I need to receive the data from another computer rather than just seeing it on the web.

PS: Now I am monitoring JBOSS 6 with the method here http://middlewaremagic.com/jboss/?p=324. It works well

I can use the add-user.bat successfully,but I can't find the jmx-console,which can be found in the old versions.Does the jboss as7 cancel the jmx-console or just replace by the others?

I have solved the add-user problem yet~~actually there is no jmx-console in JBOSS 7 AS anymore. For instead of it, they provide the admin control, which is the GUI control center you can see. And they use json to transfer server info now. Can you open the url http://localhost:9990/management/subsystem/ ? It should be a good start for monitoring JBOSS 7, but I am still looking for documents for it. If you find one reliable doc, please tell me as well.

I can open the http://localhost:9990/management/subsystem/ well,and get some json return,but can't understand it very well.

I just get some doc from the url:https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Admin+Guide,but the content  is too much for me to find the information I want.Maybe it will help you.

I have connected to the MBeanServer successfully, just like the way I used before, but you need to set the 9999 port. Unfortunately, by comparing Mbean on jboss 7 to Jboss 6 in Jconsole,  JMX content on JBOSS 7 is much less than that on jboss 6, or quite different. Just memory monitoring function is still working. Nearly most of  the architechture of Mbean has been changed. It is too hard to me find the match of MBean between JBOSS7 and JBOSS6. I think JBOSS develop team intend to hide the jmx function on JBOSS 7. I miss the original jmx so much .....which can work with jboss 4 to 6 very well.

And I have ever read the doc you provide before. This part https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Admin+Guide#AdminGuide-ManagementAPIreference seems useful, but no detail such as how to use it in Java is existed.
