FusionChart in Richfaces/Seam application/portlet

Can anybody give me an introduction/example on how to use FusionCharts in a Richfaces/Seam portlet/application:

A couple of questions:
- How to include the FusionCharts.js in the header
- How to get data from my backing bean into the chart using setDataXML or other methods?
- How to refresh the chart periodically with new data from the backing bean?

Although not as extensive as FusionCharts, there is a free open source alternative to JSF charting, JSFlot. http://code.google.com/p/jsflot/ There is also a Live Demo available at http://jsflotdemo.haagen.name/index.jsf
