    EJB in WAR file exposing remote view - JBoss 7.1.x

      Hello everyone!

       

      From what I hear, the EJB 3.1 Lite spec does not cover remote client view for EJB beans. That means using the web profile is limited to local EJB interfaces (unless it's a vender specific feature).

       

      With that in mind I have two questions:

       

      • a) Does JBoss 7.1.3 (EAP 6.0.1) allow remote views for EJB deployed in a WAR file in web profile (standalone.xml config)?
      • b) What about remote views for EJB's still nside a WAR, but now deployed in a server running the full profile instead (standalone-full.xml config)?
