kcbabo Aug 28, 2013 8:18 AM (in response to magick93)Heh, you discovered our secret with 0.8 running in the 0.6 cart. Magesh just finished up some work to get 1.0 on openshift using the new cartridge download support on OpenShift. We haven't published details on it yet, but plan on doing so soon. Perhaps he will share a preview here. :-) Once we have a chance to fully test and document the process, we will blog about it.

mageshbk Aug 28, 2013 8:57 AM (in response to magick93)1 of 1 people found this helpfulHi Anton,
There is a WIP cartridge here http://cartridge-switchyard.rhcloud.com/manifest/8f4c1a45bc44856ec3472ec2de4438743a1b4fe0. You can give it a try and let us know if any issues. Remember, as Keith pointed out you need to use the URL above as shown in the attached image and click Next when creating a new Application.
You can use the template application as-is that comes with the cartridge and update the version, source and pom as needed.

magick93 Aug 28, 2013 12:17 PM (in response to mageshbk)Thanks Magesh
We are still a week or two away from being ready to deploy.
Do you think in that time you will have completed the testing of SY 1.0 on OpenShift?

mageshbk Aug 29, 2013 1:44 AM (in response to magick93)The cartridge has been tested and ready from our quickstarts standpoint. We are left with some clean up on the commits and the template. The template application shouldn't bother you at all. You should give it a run.
