[Announcement] PicketLink v2.5.1.Final is released

Hi All, 

the PicketLink community announces the release of v2.5.1.Final today.

Getting Started: PicketLink - Apache Licensed Open Source Java Security.

We graciously acknowledge many people who contributed in one form or the other to the inception, development and release of PicketLink v2.5.x

This release brings together the community modules of PicketLink IDM (Identity Management), PicketLink Federation (SAML etc) and Seam Security.

PicketLink v2.5.x is the natural successor of Seam Security.

PicketLink is the preferred application security framework for JavaEE applications.

Hi Ravi, if you look in the release notes, you will see a section on installation. There is an installer script that will create the modules in the JBoss EAP installation. We want users to either use maven distribution as part of application development or use the installer for their runtime. There are more jars to deal with, in comparison to 2.1.8.Final release.

     PicketLink Installer 2.5.1.Final is available on Nexus. Please, follow the Release Notes instructions. You can also clone the installer from our Github repository and follow the instructions:

     I'm updating the site with a Get Started section with all necessary info to get things ready and fast.
