The JBoss eap 5.1.2 takes very long time after this line in server.log.

It is taking some times minutes and recently more than an hour... The sevrer got started in 111m in the below log.

Can you please let me know what is causing this problem?
Why is it taking long time to start JBoss Web Services...?
Another strange this is that we have another similar server with all same settings(JBoss,server location, app code) and JBoss is starting fine there within 30s.
