I submitted these two defect tickets, still no Assignee yet, wonder if they are being taken care of. If not, can you please look into them when your team get time?

For TEIIDDES-1811, I saw the comments saying it can't be reproduced. So I added a comment to tell the exact test cases we are done, hope it will give you more idea to reproduce it.

Just keep engaging with the issues and the Teiid Designer Team should help you resolve them.  If there's something specific that you need a runtime perspective on or generally need to illicit community help, then you can still just update the issues as we watch those JIRAs as well.
