confused about modcluster configuration,who can help me?

   Today，I configure the Jboss8 and modcluster from page http://docs.jboss.org/mod_cluster/1.2.0/html_single/#Quick_Start_Guide,

but when I complete the configration, I feel confused that why my apache server only identify 2 nodes in my jboss8 cluster. That is modcluster only identity node1 and node4. Why?

but I have configure 6 servers in my cluster for 3 in master and others in slave.The node2 、node3、node5 and node6 cannot identitied?

This diagram confuses me.  Which nodes are on which hosts?  If you have multiple nodes per host, are you sure that each uses a unique port binding offset?

Perhaps it would be easiest if you would pastebin your domain.xml/host.xml

sorry,some mistake in my diagram. node 1、2、3  are in host 1, 4、5、6 are in host 2； domain controller is in host 1 too！
