portlet misbehaviour when multiple user access to the same portlet

I'm having a portlet in my project & some jsps. when multiple users access the same portlet,it misbehaves. It sometimes shows the error page which i have in my project & sometimes shows the null-pointer exception.

For example: trace log of error or exception, GateIn version as well as your environment you are working on?
