I am currently working on a military system. Much of the system logging is performed on the database. I was wondering if there is a way to set up JBoss so that a database connection assumes the current users principle and credential (login and password). I need this so that the database can track which user performed any particular database action. I have heard WebLogic and WebSphere can be configured to do this. We are using both Container and Bean managed persistence.
