I found the problem:
I used a configuration of a former JBoss 7.1.2 and refactored it for migration
All was fine besides the fact that in 7.2 the following extension is needed:
<extension module="org.jboss.as.jsf"/>
which was not there before |
The strange thing is that all JSF functionality worked besides the EJB Injection
With this extension activated now the Injection works, too
Thank you for all your advises.
This should be a lesson learned
I've found it's safer to develop a CLI script that configures the server for you. When a new server release comes out, you just use the script to configure it instead of hoping that the standalone/domain.xml files are backward compatible.
