In that case it will be deployed after all the others.

I added a dependency to my MDB configuration.
In my case, I just needed to wait for my WAR were fully deployed, so I have added the following configuration to the jboss.xml file:
<message-driven>
<ejb-name>queue/MyQueue</ejb-name>
<destination-jndi-name>/queue/MyQueue</destination-jndi-name>
<depends>jboss.web.deployment:war=/my_war_app_name</depends>
</message-driven>
