PushServlet initialized twice

Dear Brian,

I don't know where to put this comment and this looks like the most relevant place. So here I go

In PushServlet of Richfaces 4.3.4 I see there is a flag 'private boolean initialized = false;' Shouldn't this be a static flag? Now I see that the servlet is initialized twice and that obviously is not correct.

If this is incorrect I'll file a bugreport but I'm not sure yet.

Hey Milo,

that's partially true, since some initialization logic should not really be executed more than once,

but we also need to attach Atmosphere handler to the PushServlet, and that's need to be done for each specific.

----

What we need here is breaking down this construct and allow for more Push servlets in one application naturally.

I would opt for incubating this idea in RF 5.

Could you please create an issue in issue tracker?
