8. Re: wildfly & hornetq about env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "remote://localhost:4447")
goot Oct 29, 2013 2:44 AM (in response to jeryma)Try to change it to localhost:8080 without the remote://. It worked for me ( I deployed my ejb project on the same server as my webproject.).
I also remember the protocoll has been changed to http-remoting.

10. Re: wildfly & hornetq about env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "remote://localhost:4447")
goot Oct 29, 2013 4:27 AM (in response to jeryma)You're welcome, would you show me, how your config looks like? I think the official Wildfly documentation is way too confusing and incomplete about EJB's.

12. Re: Re: wildfly & hornetq about env.put(Context.PROVIDER_URL, "remote://localhost:4447")
sewelltang Oct 31, 2013 11:11 AM (in response to jeryma)I had the same issue and was able to resolve it this morning.
As remoting port is not enabled anymore in Wildfly Beta1, you will need to use the http-remoting protocol and point to port 8080.
Example:
private static final String PROVIDER_URL = "http-remoting://127.0.0.1:8080";
