Infinispan 6 - new Query API

Hi,

I saw some mention of a new Query API for Infinispan coming in v6.0.0. Is there some documentation on this and has this feature been added to the last Alpha (6.0.0 Alpha2) that was released? Look forward to understanding this new API. Would this API still reply on Lucene for Search?

The feature is present in Alpha2 but everything is still in flux and some bits are missing (besides javadoc and documentation). The javadoc and the missing features will be sorted by Alpha3. The full user guide documentation somewhere towards the Final. Stay tuned!

Adrian, Is this API independent of Lucene search or is this  on top it? Could you point me to the classes that represent the reality.

It stands on the top of the Lucene. It's basically a new layer of abstraction. You can look on the org.infinispan.query.dsl.Query. :-)
