What you mean? Run several domain configurations with a single JBoss AS7 instance?

That will not be possible.

As far as I know the jboss.server.base.dir is only for standalone mode to use different standalone directories with the same roo directory.

But for a domain that make no sense IMHO as you are able to administrate different server groups here.
