JBPM Form Modeler - Create PDF and Digitally Sign

How difficult would it be to create work items to create a PDF off a JBPM 6 form and digitally sign it?  Has some already done this?

Why would you want to create PDF file from JBPM 6 form? Anyway, I did not have such an idea right now.

If business forms as part of an approval processed are passed through workflow (such as contracts) the expectation would be to create PDFs of the data captured in the form in order to create a paperless organization.
