IJ000453: Unable to get managed connection for java:/jdbc/TestDataSource in Jboss EAP 6.0.1

Hi,

We are using Jboss EAP 6.0.1 server and Database is: Oracle. After certain tries, we are getting "IJ000453: Unable to get managed connection for java:/jdbc/TestDataSource". Could somebody help us? Below is the complete exception stacktrace.

Hi,

Do you have the datasource resource declaration available on your application web.xml file? Some more info on how you are using the datasource will be helpful in understanding the underlying cause.

Looks like you have to increase the pool size if you have too much parallel access.

Or you might have a connection leak if the first invocations running correct.

I suggest you open a support ticket as you are using the supported EAP 6.0.1

Were you able to resolve this issue? We are facing exact issue.

You can add this to the JCA subsystem:

   <cached-connection-manager debug="true"/>

this will show you a WARNING with a stacktrace which connection you havn't closed in your code if you have a leak.

Or you might have less connections.

You should create a new thread (or use the Red Hat customer portal if you have a subscription) and provide appropriate informations if you have more questions
