    Process Instance end date projection

      Hi,

I am trying to manage the time lines on the process instance and the tasks to keep a track of the performance on the processes. I read about expirationtime for a task, however that is mostly used for escalations and notifications. Is there a way that I can set durations for each task as part of definition itself? If something like that is possible, I can pick those durations for all tasks through the process and arrive at a projected end date. Again, for this I need to determine all the available paths and calculate time lines for each case.

Also, if a task takes more that the required time, I want to update the projected end date accordingly. Any suggestion to achieve this will be appreciated.

      Regards,

      Manny

          Hi,

I am still searching for an answer on this. I checked the simulation api as it identifies all possible paths for  a process, however the path nodes are not in order so it still becomes difficult to project the end dates based on the duration of each tasks. Any help is appreciated.
