i can't connect to server out of server ?

hello all

i run wildfly-8.0.0.CR1 on windows 2008 and i am test the localhost:8080 server is ok but when i enter url server for example  www.hayperzar.com:8080 

could not connect to www.hayperzar.com:8080 (i m open windows fierwall for port 8080)

why ?

By default WildFly binds to 127.0.0.1 (localhost). If you want to bind to the external network you can specify it with "-b":

./standalone -b 192.168.1.10

how bind on the internet ?for example when i write in browser www.hayperzar.com:8080 i see welcome page

Hmm...  exchange "-b 192.168.1.10" to the IP that represent the the external interface that is connected to Internet.

Sorry I missed that you actual see the WildFly Welcome page when browsing to http://www.hayperzar.com:8080. In that case your are ok.

yes that OK like tomcat server when install tomcat on the internet server i see welcome page at the internet when browsing all client on the internet( www.hayperzar.com:8080) welcome page tomcat

Hi,

you just need to add alias for your domain, otherwise it will only serve default one.

in undertow subsystem configuration:

<host name="default-host" alias="www.mysite.com">

or if you have more hosts do that on host you want to be accessible for your domain name.
