Deployment issue with jboss-5.1.0.GA

I did the deployment on the server long time back without any issue but now I have some changes to make in the code and when I try to deploy the code on local jboss-5.1.0.GA I am getting the attached errors.

Seriously I am done what I can do and now I literally have no clue which library or configuration is missing. I also just for the test loaded the war file on server and getting the same problem.

Sorry but it's somewhat urgent to me and if any expert can fix it for me I will be thank full. I will be looking to this thread time to time so that I can answer to the question if someone has.

I am also attaching build.XML that might help. Issue comes when I build it with eclipse environment. I don't know what else I can add.
