Ldap in AS7 with torquebox on top

Greetings, I have been struggling with this for a couple of days now, and I cannot seem to find any reliable information on how to configure an ldap authentication using torquebox as the abstraction over the top, with jboss as7 underneath. Are there any good resources somebody could point me to or any help someone could provide? It would be greatly appreciated.

I can tell you, I have done my fair share of searching and sifting through documentation, AFAIK, the jboss security docs are only relevant to jboss as6? I keep pulling examples that contain a login-config.xml file. That would be great if we were using as6. As far as the standalone.xml file goes, I have tried a similar approach here http://www.mastertheboss.com/jboss-security/configure-jboss-with-ldap and no luck.

Any advice would help. Also, any suggestion for testing the ldap connection, would you recommend just writing a simple servlet to try it out and bypass torquebox layer? It's difficult to test out the connection with torquebox (not difficult persay, but tedious)

      Thank you all
