System.out.println not getting printed in jboss AS 7 server.log

Hi,

I have deployed my application on Jboss AS 7. I have modified my java code with some sys-outs for testing purpose. After i deploy my apllication(ear) i found that sys-outs(system.out.println) are not getting printed in the jboss server.log. Is there any configration to enable this.

I am using Jboss7 in domain mode.

If you run in a domain there are several server.log files. Did you look to the domain/servers/<your server name>/log directory?

Yes i am referring to the log file in domain/servers/<my server name>log directory.

Hi,

I just created a simple web application with some System.out.println, and the prints appear in both logs, console.log and server.log in domain mode.

Did u do some specific configuration? Because this is not the default behavior. Btw, what specific version you are using?
