New eclipse switchyard make jRebel disabled

After update eclipse form this link http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/integration/kepler/integration-stack/aggregate/4.1.3.CR1/  my jRebel 5.5 plugin is disabled.
I can not enter to jRebel config, but in eclipse market screen jRebel remains as installed.

Any one have this issue ?
