Rate Limiting

I noticed that the rate limit for posting has been increased from 15 minutes to 1 hour. I am obviously not a spam poster. Could someone please change the limit, or modify my account to not have this restriction?

Hi,

spammers are not very active nowadays so I decreased point level threshold to 50.
