In the 8.0.0 pre-releases, some OSGi related components were removed from the WildFly codebase, and not all of them have been copied to the JBoss OSGi codebase yet.
Actually, going by the lack of developer activity in this forum, in GitHub and in JIRA, I'm not sure whether or not the project is still alive...
I forked the jbosgi source repository and added one of the missing components from 8.0.0.CR1. Not exactly elegant, but this fork builds and passes all tests on 8.0.0.Final.
