here some feedbacks about my today's usage of graphene with PhantomJS:
1) path for ReusedSessionPernamentFileStorage file can't be configured from arquillian.xml (only a syst prop) cause of org.jboss.arquillian.phantom.resolver.ResolverConfiguration#get() usage
2) MavenPhantomJSBinaryResolver can't be offline -> maybe a global or Instance Maven resolver configured from arq.xml to be offline, local etc...
3) ResolvingPhantomJSDriverService#createDefaultService should use the builder (PhantomJSDriverService.Builder) to be able to configure (from arq.xml ) the log path
