yes we reserved some ranges for some integrating frameworks:

Core commands have an isolated range, so there is no risk for that.
You think we should reserve a range for "end users" ? We can certainly do that, if that's what you're suggesting.

I had been planning to use new ReplicableCommand's something like what's used in the query module (org.infinispan.query.clustered.ClusteredQueryCommand, etc) which looks like a different set of id's. Are there reserved id's for those?
