I want to learn more about the patching system,but i can't find any document or reference about it. How to get the patches for WildFly8 and how to use the patch command. Is there any guide book or tutorial manual?

Single Installation Patching

There will be no patches for WildFly provided by Red Hat. But you might create your own patches for your installations.

For EAP versions this feature is used to install the micro releases as this will be only bugfixes.

I would not go that far, there *might* be patches for WildFly...

We actually considered it for 8.0.0 --> 8.0.1 but we probably wont do it as we changed way too much stuff
