How to use JMS in JBoss AS ?

I want to go with simple Helloworld.war example. I could not able to find out the way of JSM. Can you please tell me the steps of using it.

You might start with the helloworld-jms quickstart to get fmiliar with JMS

I am using JBoss 7 and I want to get a practical step by step.

If you are new to JavaEE you might try the JavaEE tutorial and examples from Oracle.
Also the jboss-quickstarts show different parts of JavaEE together with JBoss
