Migration from JBoss 4 to JBoss 5

Hi All,

I read a few blogs from the internet, but was not able to find an official document from JBoss.

Is there a document that explains what configuration settings has to be changed. I found that the jboss-service.xml, application.xml needs to be changed. But I do not see any examples of what exactly has to be changed.

If you are planning to migrate to a higher version then JBoss AS 5 isn't the right version, IMO. The latest released version is WildFly 8 Downloads · WildFly (JBoss AS has been renamed to WildFly). Thanks jaikiran, but we have a necessity to upgrade only to JBoss5. We are running ATG10.2 which supports only JBoss5.

I think there is no migration document for AS4=>AS5.

I would compare what you change in AS4 against the provided config. In AS5 it might be a different XML but you may find it by ls and grep.
